Chicken Popcorn with Pasta
- 750g chicken popcorn
- Corn oil
- 400g pasta
- 400g mixed vegetables (beans, carrots)
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 5-7 black olives
- Take the chicken popcorn out of the freezer.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer at 180oC and fry the chicken popcorn for 3 minutes.
- Boil the mixed vegetables for 5 to 10 minutes then remove from water.
- Boil water and add oil and half teaspoon of salt.
- Add the pasta for 10 minutes or until cooked.
- Remove pasta from water and mix with vegetables.
- Mix minced garlic with lemon and add on top of the pasta along with olive slices.
