Chicken Popcorn with Pasta

  • 750g chicken popcorn
  • Corn oil
  • 400g pasta
  • 400g mixed vegetables (beans, carrots)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 5-7 black olives
  1. Take the chicken popcorn out of the freezer.
  2. Heat oil in a deep fryer at 180oC and fry the chicken popcorn for 3 minutes.
  3. Boil the mixed vegetables for 5 to 10 minutes then remove from water.
  4. Boil water and add oil and half teaspoon of salt.
  5. Add the pasta for 10 minutes or until cooked.
  6. Remove pasta from water and mix with vegetables.
  7. Mix minced garlic with lemon and add on top of the pasta along with olive slices.
