- 400-600g chicken hearts
- 1 medium onion
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- Pepper and salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Combine some of the chopped garlic, salt, pepper, and one spoon of olive oil.
- Add the chicken hearts, and leave for 2-3 hours.
- Cut the onion into slices. Place them in a bowl. Add garlic and two tablespoons of olive oil, and turn on medium heat until the onion is soft.
- Add the chicken hearts and keep on medium heat for nearly 10 minutes.
- To have a tender taste, do not overcook.
