Chicken Fillet with Barbecue Sauce
- 4 pieces fresh chicken breast or frozen chicken fillet
- ¾ cup barbecue sauce (or as desired)
- 4 fresh cobs of corn
- 4 small tomatoes
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into medium-sized pieces
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Cut the chicken fillet into two pieces each.
- Add the barbecue sauce to the chicken and put aside for half hour.
- Peel, wash, and cut the potatoes into two pieces each.
- Peel, wash, and cut the cobs of corn into medium-sized pieces.
- Wash the tomatoes then mix all vegetables.
- Add olive oil, salt, and one tablespoon of barbecue sauce.
- Cover each piece of the vegetables to be ready for grilling.
- Fire up the grill. Place the chicken and turn it until it becomes golden.
- Place each of the vegetables on the grill until cooked.
