Tasty and easy-to-prepare sandwich… Breaded Chicken Burger with lettuce and tomato slices
- 10 pieces breaded chicken burger
- Corn oil
- Burger buns
- Tomato, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
- Take the breaded chicken burger out of the freezer 5 minutes before cooking.
- You can prepare the breaded chicken burger either by frying or baking.
• Frying: Deep fry in pre-heated oil at 180˚C for 4-5 minutes and set aside on a baking sheet.
• Baking: Preheat the oven at 220oC. Place the breaded chicken burger in a pan and let cook for 20-25 minutes while turning. - Slice each burger bun in half.
- Spread a little mayonnaise over the bun, then place the breaded chicken burger, two slices of tomatoes, and a lettuce leaf.
- Top with the second half of the bun.
- Serve with a dish of green vegetables.
